  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. (rounded) baking powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 oz. bottle lemon extract
  • 1 lb. chopped pecans
  • 1 lb. chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/4 lb. red and green cherries
  • 1 1/2 lb. red, green and white pineapple

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and lemon extract.
