- 1 tsp. (rounded) baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 2 oz. bottle lemon extract
- 1 lb. chopped pecans
- 1 lb. chopped walnuts
- 1 1/4 lb. red and green cherries
- 1 1/2 lb. red, green and white pineapple
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and lemon extract.

2Add 3 cups flour and baking powder.

3Mix 1 cup flour with fruit.

4Add fruit and nuts to other mixture.

5Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes at 250°.
