Lemon Gelatin Cake

- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
- 3/4 c. corn oil
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. apricot nectar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix gelatin and cake mix.

2In separate bowl, beat eggs with oil, nectar and flavoring.

3Add to dry mixture. Mix well and pour in steeple pan.

4Bake in slow oven for one hour at 325°.

5While still hot, poke holes in cake and pour over cake a mixture of one cup powdered sugar combined with four tablespoons of lemon juice. Cool in pan.
