Lemon-Ginger Tea

- 1 quart water
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1/4 cup freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup honey
- Thinly sliced lemon and lime, for garnish
Directions

1Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.

2Juice the lemon and add the juice, the squeezed lemon rind and the ginger to the water.

3Remove from the heat, cover and let steep for 20 minutes.

4Whisk in the honey.

5Line a strainer with a thin, wet cloth and strain the tea into a pitcher.

6Refrigerate until cold.

7Serve over ice, garnished with lemon and lime slices.
