  • 1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. warm water
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs or substitute
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh or bottled)

Directions

    Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup warm water; do not follow directions on box.

    Mix all ingredients except for eggs.

    Add eggs last, one at a time, beating well after each.

    Bake 50 to 55 minutes (in preheated oven) at 350°.
