- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Wash beans and remove strings.

2Cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces if desired.

3Cook, covered, for 12 to 15 minutes in small amount of water.

4Drain and set aside, but keep warm.

5Saute onion in butter until tender.

6Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.

7Add beans and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly. Serves 2.
