- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 drops Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
- 6 to 8 catfish fillets
- lemon wedges (for garnish)
Directions

1Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake well to mix thoroughly.

2The marinade will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks, if you do not use it all.

3Wash the catfish fillets and pat dry.

4Cover the fillets with the marinade; refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.

5Grill over a medium-hot fire, basting with the marinade and turning the fish several times.

6Cooking time will be about 10 minutes.

7Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon.
