- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions

1In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix well.

2Remove 1/4 cup for basting and refrigerate.

3Add chicken to bag; seal and turn to coat.

4Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

5Drain and discard marinade from chicken.

6Grill, covered, over medium heat for 20 minutes.

7Baste with reserved marinade.

8Grill 20-30 minutes longer or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times.
