- 1 pound Grouper Fillets
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cups Dry White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Herb Seasoning (available With The Bottled Herbs)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

2In a baking pan large enough to hold your fish easily, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter.

3Add the garlic and the wine to the butter.

4Place the fish in the butter mixture turning it several times to coat it.

5If needed, use a spoon to make sure some of the garlic is on top of each fillet.

6Sprinkle each fillet with the lemon herb seasoning and the Old Bay.

7Top with pats of the remaining butter.

8Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through.

9Serve topped with the butter/wine mixture from the pan spooned over it.
