- 2 1/2 c. sugar, added a little at a time
- 4 c. all-purpose flour, added a little at a time
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 oz. bottle lemon flavor
- 1/2 lb. candied red cherries
- 1/2 lb. candied green cherries
- 1 qt. pecans
Directions

1Cream oleo.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Add sugar a little at a time.

4Add flour a little at a time.

5Add baking powder.

6Fold lemon flavor and cherries in.

7Put in a tube pan that has been greased and floured.

8Bake 4 1/2 hours at 250°.
