- 2 skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with flour.

2Fry in olive oil for 10 minutes on each side.

3While chicken is cooking, combine 1 tablespoon flour with cold water, stirring with wire whisk to prevent lumps and add rest of sauce ingredients.

4Heat until sauce is thickened, stirring steadily.

5Place cooked chicken in a serving dish and pour sauce over top.

6Serve with rice.
