- 3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 qt. (8 c.) whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine sugar, lemon juice and peel in large freezer container.

2Slowly stir in cream and salt, blending well.

3Cover and freeze until firm outside but still soft in center.

4Stir several times.
