- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 can condensed milk
- grated rind of 2 lemons
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Separate eggs; beat yolks.

2Add grated rind and lemon juice; stir well.

3Add milk and mix thoroughly.

4Put in pie crust.

5Beat egg whites stiff.

6Fold in 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar. Spread on top of pie.

7Place in preheated oven (350° to 375°) for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.

8Remove and cool.

9Put in refrigerator for about 24 hours before serving.
