  • 1 whole Pie Crust
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 container (8 Oz. Size) Cool Whip, Or As Needed To Spread On Top Of The Pie

    Bake pie crust as instructed on the package, or make your own. Cool. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in condensed milk, then lemon juice. Pour into the prepared crust. Bake 8 minutes. Cool completely. Chill in the refrigerator, then spread Cool Whip on top (usually 3/4 container, but use to preference).
