  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell, cooled or graham cracker crumb crust
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • yellow food coloring (may be added)
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/3 c. sugar

Directions

    In medium bowl beat egg yolks.

    Stir in Eagle Brand, then stir in ReaLemon.
