Lemon Icebox Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • rind and juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except milk.

    Put in refrigerator and thicken.

    Have milk frozen in ice tray until thick.

    Whip frozen milk and fold in jello.

    Put vanilla wafers, crushed, in bottom of pan or dish and pour filling over that, then sprinkle some crushed crumbs over top of pie.

    Keep in refrigerator.
