  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. boiling water (to dissolve jello)
  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice or flavor

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    In large bowl, to the mix, add oil and jello; blend well.

    Add eggs and continue to blend for about 5 minutes.

    Add extract and blend.

    Pour in well oiled loaf pan and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes until well done.
