  • 24 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 2 whole Medium Onions, Chopped
  • 12 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 whole Jalapeno, Seeds And Membranes Removed, Finely Diced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt, Or To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt, Or To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

    Chop tomatoes, and send through the food processor.

    Repeat with onions, garlic, jalapeno and cilantro, making sure to chop all ingredients well... no one wants to take a big bite of fresh garlic!

    Juice the limes (warm limes produce more juice) and add to the mix.

    Add salt, garlic salt and maple syrup and stir well.

    Now take a deep breath.
