- 2 whole Medium Onions, Chopped
- 12 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 whole Jalapeno, Seeds And Membranes Removed, Finely Diced
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Salt, Or To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Salt, Or To Taste
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

1Chop tomatoes, and send through the food processor.

2Repeat with onions, garlic, jalapeno and cilantro, making sure to chop all ingredients well... no one wants to take a big bite of fresh garlic!

3Juice the limes (warm limes produce more juice) and add to the mix.

4Add salt, garlic salt and maple syrup and stir well.
