  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, Cool Whip and egg until well blended. Take 1 teaspoon and roll it in confectioners sugar and put on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.

    (Chocolate cake mix could be used instead of lemon.)
