Lemon Layer Delight

- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 bowl Cool Whip (large size)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 boxes lemon instant pudding
- 4 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Blend together flour, butter and pecans.

2Pat out this mixture smoothly into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes.

4Let cool completely.

5Blend together cream cheese, 1/2 bowl Cool Whip and powdered sugar.

6Beat the pudding and milk until thick, 1 to 2 minutes.

7Pour the lemon instant pudding mixture on top of the Philadelphia cream cheese and Cool Whip layer.

8Place other half bowl Cool Whip on top of this layer and sprinkle with nuts.

9Cool overnight.

10Keeps well in refrigerator for one week or more.
