  • 1 cup water
  • Juice of 1 small lime, plus the zest
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon, plus the zest

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.

    Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar has dissolved completely.
