- 1 stick oleo
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 1 small can coconut
Directions

1Mix softened cream cheese with 1 cup Cool Whip and sugar. Beat well and spread over the crust.

2For next layer, mix pudding with milk.

3Beat until thickened and spread over cream cheese layer.

4Spread remaining Cool Whip over this and sprinkle with coconut.
