Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 stick softened oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip from 9 oz. container
- 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding (small size)
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour, walnuts and oleo.

2Pat into bottom of baking pan (13 x 9-inch approximate size).

3Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Cool.

4Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Mix well and place on top of crust.

5Mix pudding with milk.

6Put on top of cream cheese mixture.

7Cover with remaining Cool Whip. (I usually put the Cool Whip on top just before serving.)

8Keep refrigerated.
