  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 small pkg. lemon pudding instant mix
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and melted butter together and spread into long baking dish.

    Sprinkle 1 cup of pecans over and press down, forming crust.

    Bake at 350° until lightly browned.

    Cool completely.
