  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 large cream cheese
  • 1 c. 10x sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 3 small boxes instant lemon Jell-O pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, oleo and chopped nuts and press in pan like pie crust.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 375°.

    Mix cream cheese, 10x sugar and Cool Whip together.

    Put into crust while crust is still hot. Mix pudding according to directions on box.

    Pour on top of mixture.

    Spread remaining Cool Whip and pudding.
