  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 stick softened margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, walnuts and margarine together.

    Pat into bottom of baking dish.

    Bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix cream cheese (softened), powdered sugar and Cool Whip.

    Place on top of crust.

    Mix pudding with milk and pour over the cream cheese mixture.

    Cover with remaining Cool Whip.

    Keep refrigerated.
