Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • remainder of Cool Whip container
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix flour, margarine and nuts as for pie crust.

    Press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool!!

    Whip sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over baked, cooled crust.

    Mix pudding mix and milk.

    Let stand for a few minutes to thicken.

    Spread on top of second layer.

    Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of lemon mix and sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top.

    Refrigerate overnight!!
