- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- remainder of Cool Whip container
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 c. cold milk
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix flour, margarine and nuts as for pie crust.

2Press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool!!

4Whip sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over baked, cooled crust.

5Mix pudding mix and milk.

6Let stand for a few minutes to thicken.

7Spread on top of second layer.

8Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of lemon mix and sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top.

9Refrigerate overnight!!
