  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) container frozen nondairy whipped cream, thawed
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz. size) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix together flour, margarine and pecans and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and let cool completely. Mix sugar and cream cheese well, then fold in nondairy whipped cream and spread on crust.
