Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix and press in long baking dish the flour, nuts, sugar, oleo and salt.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Mix and spread over crust the powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip.

    Mix and spread over mixture the lemon pudding and milk.

    Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.

    Refrigerate overnight.
