  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. Chablis
  • 2 Tbsp. Marsala wine
  • 4 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

    Thinly slice chicken, then flour chicken.

    Saute in olive oil until golden.

    Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

    Remove from pan and put into baking dish.

    In pan over low heat, melt margarine.

    Stir in flour and brown.

    Stir in wines, parsley, garlic and lemon juice.

    Stir into gravy consistency.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 325°.
