- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. Chablis
- 2 Tbsp. Marsala wine
- 4 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

1Thinly slice chicken, then flour chicken.

2Saute in olive oil until golden.

3Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

4Remove from pan and put into baking dish.

5In pan over low heat, melt margarine.

6Stir in flour and brown.
-
7Stir in wines, parsley, garlic and lemon juice.

8Stir into gravy consistency.
-
9Pour over chicken.
-
10Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 325°.
