Ingredients
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. onion
- 3/4 c. green pepper
- 1 can green enchilada sauce (10 oz.)
- 1 can red enchilada sauce (10 oz.)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 1/3 c. Milnot evaporated milk
- 12 tortillas
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef, add onion, pepper and seasonings.

2Cook until tender, then drain.

3Mix in enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and Milnot.

4Layer tortilla, meat mixture, cheese and sauce mixture until all used.

5I usually layer three times.

6Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

7This is great served with a tossed green salad.
