Lemon Monkey Bread

- 4 cans (7 1/2 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Biscuits
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 whole Lemons, Zest And Juice
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Milk
Directions

1Spray a tube or fluted pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a large bowl. Pour granulated sugar over biscuits and add lemon zest. Toss by hand to get each piece coated with sugar. Place biscuits in prepared pan and pour melted butter over biscuit mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.

2For glaze, combine lemon juice, powdered sugar, and milk. Whisk until desired consistency. Before serving, pour glaze over monkey bread.
