- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- graham cracker crumbs
- 1 large can evaporated milk (very chilled)
Directions

1Sprinkle crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

2Take chilled milk and whip until foamy.

3Add lemon juice and sugar. Whip 3 to 5 more minutes.

4Pour into dish with crumbs.

5Top with more crumbs.

6Put in freezer until hard (3 to 5 hours).

7Store in freezer.
