- 1 c. diced onion
- 2 c. water or chicken broth (chicken broth is better)

1Brown raw rice in 2 tablespoons of oil where chicken has been fried, crumbs and all.

2Add bell peppers and onion.

4Add water or chicken broth and cook on medium heat until rice is done.
