- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- juice of 2 lemons (about 1/4 c.)
- vanilla wafer crumbs
Directions

1Put milk in a bowl in freezer until ice particles form around edge of bowl.

3mixer whip milk until it begins to thicken.

4Add sugar and juice gradually and continue to whip until sugar is dissolved.

5Line a buttered container with crumbs. Add lemon mousse and top with a few crumbs or nuts.

6Cut in squares to serve.
