- 12 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Directions

1Chill milk in freezer until slivers of ice appear in it.

2Turn into a chilled bowl and whip.

3Add lemon peel.

4Slowly add lemon juice, beating constantly.

5Continue beating and add sugar slowly. Cover bottom of pan with half of crackers.

6Pour whipped mixture into pan and cover with remaining crackers.

7Wrap and freeze. (Will keep several weeks in freezer.)
