- 1 can evaporated milk
- graham cracker crust
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Put graham cracker crust in a large square Tupperware container and place in freezer while preparing the filling. Chill can of milk.

2Pour into a large mixing bowl and place in freezer until crystals form around edge.

3Beat until like whipped cream.

4Then slowly add a cup of sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Pour into crust and put into freezer until frozen.

5Cut into squares when serving.
