  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 250 g broccoli, chopped
  • 250 g cauliflower, chopped
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 12 lemon
  • 12 lime
  • 100 g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 150 g firm tofu, diced
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 34 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions

    - In a wok, heat oil and fry the chopped garlic and ginger.

    - Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes

    - Add the broccoli and cauliflower and simmer for 3 minutes.

    - Add water and soy sauce and season with sugar.

    - Squeeze the lemon and into the vegetables.
