Lemon Nut Balls

- 3/4 c. dry milk
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. finely cut nuts
Directions

1Mix dry milk and sugar in a 1-quart bowl.

2Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat.

3Take from heat and stir in lemon juice.

4Add sugar mixture, about 1/2 cup at a time, mixing until smooth each time.

5Shape into 1-inch balls.

6If too soft for shaping, chill until easily handled.

7Roll balls in nuts.

8Chill until firm.

9Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
