  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and beat well.

    Add dry ingredients and milk.

    Stir in nuts and grated lemon rind.
