  • 3 large onions coarsely grated
  • 1 pound meat minced
  • 1 cup parsley leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cup dill weed finely chopped
  • 1 each tomatoes grated
  • 1/4 cup rice short, grain
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mint leaves fresh, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup water cold

    NOTE: This stuffing can be used to fill vine leaves, cabbage leaves, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers asnd Swiss chard.
