- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar.

2Blend in eggs.

3Add combined dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk and juice, mixing well after each addition.

4Stir in nuts.

5Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
