  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Add combined dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk and juice, mixing well after each addition.
