- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp. water
- 1/3 c. lemon or lime juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. or less sugar
Directions

1Whip cream and refrigerate.

2In a saucepan, soften gelatin in water.

3Cool.

4Add lemon or lime juice.

5Beat eggs and sugar together until thick and lemon colored.

6Beat in gelatin mixture. Fold in half of the cream, reserving the rest.

7Pour into glasses or serving dish; chill.

8Garnish with remaining whipped cream when set.

9Serves 6.
