- 1 lb. butter
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 oz. bottle lemon extract
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Save 1/2 cup flour and mix well with nuts and raisins.

2Cream butter and sugar; add well beaten eggs.

3Add flour and baking powder that have been sifted together.

4Add lemon extract; add nuts and raisins, that have been mixed with the flour.

5Pour batter in large Bundt cake pan.

6Preheat oven to 250°.

7Bake at 250° for three hours.

8Let cool in pan.

9You can put a glaze on cake if so desired.
