  • 5 large Catfish filets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Pepper

    Add flour and lemon pepper to a large Ziploc bag.

    Seal bag and shake to mix.

    Add one filet to bag.

    Seal and shake to coat filet.

    Repeat for all filets.

    In a deep fryer let temperature rise to 350F.

    Deep fry filet one at a time for 4 minutes, and they start to turn golden.

    If you deep fryer is large enough you can do more than one.

    But do not let filets touch while cooking.
