Lemon Pepper Gingered Tilapia

- 2 lemons Fresh Squeezed
- 1/4 cup ground pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pound tilapia fresh or frozen
Directions

1Combined the squeezed lemon, pepper, ginger and salt into a medium sized bowl. Wisk together with a fork for about 2 minutes.

2While the marinade is settling, place tilapia in a baking pan.

3Using a cooking brush, to apply the marinade to the individual pieces of tilapia. Once, completed.. Repeat step, and use the cooking brush on the other side of the tilapia. With the leftover marinade pour over the tilapia in the baking pan.

4Place baking pan in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

5Preheat oven to 425

6Place fish in the oven for 25 mins.

7While the fish is cooking, begin to cook the brown rice (you may use white rice if you'd like)

8After the rice is done, put rice into a serving bowl. Seasoning the rice with salt, pepper and butter.
