Lemon-Pepper Wings

  • 2 1/2 lb. wings
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cut wing tips, cut at joint to make winglets.

    Combine all ingredients (except wings) in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Cool this sauce.

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Line a pan with foil and arrange winglets in pan.

    Pour sauce over wings and toss.

    Bake 25 minutes until golden.
