- 2 1/2 lb. wings
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut wing tips, cut at joint to make winglets.

2Combine all ingredients (except wings) in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Cool this sauce.

3Preheat oven to 425°.

4Line a pan with foil and arrange winglets in pan.

5Pour sauce over wings and toss.

6Bake 25 minutes until golden.
