- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1 lb. perch fillets
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in skillet, skin side down.

3Cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.

4Turn; continue cooking until fish flakes easily with fork.

5Serve butter mixture over fish.
