  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 lb. perch fillets

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in skillet, skin side down.

    Cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
