  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala

    Wash lemons and cut each into 4 pieces.

    Add salt and sugar.

    Keep aside for half an hour.

    Add the lemons and sugar-salt mix in a wok.

    Heat on slow flame.

    Once the sugar melts, add remaining ingredients.
