- 3/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour (divided)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine (divided)
- 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Directions

1In a bowl, combine 3/4 cup flour and salt with pastry blender or two knives.

2Cut in 3 tablespoons margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly.

3Form dough into ball and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
