  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar

    Mix milk and egg yolks.

    Add lemon juice. Beat egg whites until light and fluffy.

    Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time; beat until whites stand up in peaks.

    Fold into pie filling.

    Pour in crust.

    Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Bake 10 minutes at 300°.
